Enjoyed the switch up of music and spinning to cumbias. Would love more choreo incorporated to the first half of class. Once Deorro came on it was game over and the fun really started. Although for someone who’s been doing corepower sculpt for years, this sequence was unusually hard on the knees - I’ve never had knee pain before so wanted to call that out. I’d say doing the jumping lunge mountain climbers 4 different times was a bit overkill but loved everything else!!

I’ve done reformer Pilates a lot so it was very easy for me to catch on, but I could definitely see it being difficult for a beginner since there were no demonstrations. I’d also recommend getting there early if possible so you can set up.

I came in around 3 thinking there wouldn’t be a class going on since that is what I said on Class pass to come around that time for quite time but as soon as I arrived a class was starting and I had to blast the TV. The shower were available in the shared restroom and lockers as well. I wouldn’t return at this time though.

I get squirmy with needles going into my vein and she did it super fast and nearly painless. I went with the Myers cocktail which has Vit C, B complex, zinc, magnesium and glutathione. Class pass members receive a free dose of B-12 on their first visit. Since the Myers cocktail already contained B-12, she swapped it out for B-6. The chairs are comfy and she gave me a heating packet for my hand and to ensure the fluids going in don’t get too cold. She answered all my questions and it was overall a very positive experience.
