alle Bewertungen anzeigenMy experience with the volcano pedicure was amazing. I was scheduled for a Thursday at 10:30AM and there was no wait. Eric took an hour prepping my feet and another 30 to paint. He took so much care during my service. I liked that they used pre portioned packets for each step of the pedicure- everything seemed clean! I usually avoid nail places but this was a great experience! 100% recommend and will be back ☺️

It was very busy, but I had an appointment through classpass so I did not have to wait at all. The manicurist was working really quickly when cutting my cuticles and he did nip a bit too deep on the cuticle of one finger so it bled like crazy. But he acted quickly to disinfect and stop the bleeding. The pedicure service was nice although she did seem a bit distracted at times. Overall the outcome of my mani and pedi looked nice (aside from the bleeding cuticular), but next time I won’t go during such a busy time as I felt like they were in a hurry.

I booked an appointment and showed up on time, but ClassPass did not give her enough notice to contact me and let me know that spot had been filled. I had to wait an extra 40 minutes. Initially I was upset but she made sure to take care of me, apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a cute little design for free. I recommend calling to confirm before showing, but only because of ClassPass. It wasn’t her fault necessarily.
