alle Bewertungen anzeigenTalia made my 1st pole dancing session VERY welcoming. It was evident how she likes to build communities of women who are confident, empowering and who look out for one another. Although there was an overflow of 2 extra students, she split us in groups of 2 which helped the environment feel collaborative and supportive when working in the pole. The cherry on top was the way she lightly dimmed the studio. It felt very immerse. In short, time flew (in a good way) and I didn’t want to go back to reality. Thank you Talia!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenIncredible class! You start off doing a yoga flow and work your way into Pilates while incorporating the moves during the beginning of class so the flow is so seamless. Airin’s energy is 10/10 and infectious. She’s a great instructor and gives options. It’s hard to find good non-heated yoga/pilates in north OC but I’m glad I found class 46!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe place is kinda hidden especially if you have a night class, its towards the back of the parking lot. The instructor was super friendly and welcoming. She knew my name when I entered, it was a class of 3. 1 girl had experience and the other it was also her first class. The instructor was very patient with us while we became familiar with the hoop. An hour flew by!! It was my first class pass experience and I’m already sold. I loved the class and it was a great upper body/ core workout

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis was my first experience doing aerial arts, and Madison was such a patient and supportive instructor. I got emotional after class because I didn’t think I was going to be able to do a lot of the exercises, but I did. I’m very sore now, so it’ll be a little bit before I come back, but I’ll definitely take another class soon.
