Barre is always my therapy—it helps me ground myself, and the instructor is phenomenal. They stay consistent with the moves, which actually allows us to see real progression in our strength and form. Then there’s the cycle part... a total party at 6:00 AM! What can I say? It’s pretty lit. Highly recommend if you want to leave feeling both centered and energized.

We did a three-part circuit with treadmills, rowers, and strength training. It’s simple to follow but incredibly effective—I burned 600 calories without even realizing it. The instructor was super attentive and great with modifications. Highly recommend!
