alle Bewertungen anzeigenI liked the smaller space of the studio. Very clean and staff was friendly. I can see how parking is a pain in the summer. This class was a bit different as I notice most classes will continue telling you the next move - this class ran through the sequence a few times and then we were left to go through them on our own. I didn’t realize how much I autopilot in prior classes and so this forced me to pay more attention so that I could remember what was next! I loved it more than I thought I might! Will be back 🫶

She intertwined a lot of intention and philosophy throughout which I always appreciate, and she was very accommodating to different injuries in the class.

Shes super knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole practice while keeping it soothing and relaxing. She led it flawlessly and there was some sound bowl healing at the end. I felt an incredible difference the moment I walked out of the studio. Such a powerful session. I’ll definitely be back for more yin yoga sessions from her! First time here and first time trying yin yoga and it’s now my favorite for sure. 🩷🙌🏽

Margie was a great teacher as she guided me through the movements and the experience. It was different than the typical yoga I’ve gone to before, but I love how it’s a slowed down approach that allows you to feel those deep stretches… even when they don’t feel too great, ha!
