    I’ve been on ClassPass for almost 10 years & moveSF has been one of my favorite spots. There’s flexibility to adjust to any fitness level so it’s always a challenge, but most importantly Matt and all of the instructors actually walk around and correct you which is SO RARE in a group fitness class. I’m still working out here at 36 weeks pregnant because of the modifications that they provide for me!

    Mara always switches up what we do and has us doing a range of activities and tries to make them more engaging like group jump roping. She makes sure we aren't straining ourselves and that we have proper technique. I have taken classes from the other instructors and they all are a bit different in their approach which is great.     BODYROK BASICS

    I’ve been doing Pilates for a while now so I only took a foundations class to accompany my mother. Fair to say I thought it would be an easy class — I was wrong! Lol but that’s a good thing!! It was just as challenging as a normal class but I really liked how hands on the instructor was. Her instructions were very well explained and she did amazing to make sure our form was top priority. Love love love. Highly recommend everyone to take a few basic clases, you’ll still get an amazing workout in!
