My skin is sensitive but thankfully I came out of the facial with no redness/irritation. So grateful that she was so gentle with me. I barely noticed the dermaplaning too. Only sometimes on my cheeks I would feel the blade a little bit but wow my skin was GLOWING after. I also appreciate the recommendations of products for my skin (outside of the clinic)! Again, I love how I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and only grateful for how careful she was with me :)

I found the salon just scrolling through class pass & honestly the experience far exceeded any expectations. From the moment I walked there was nothing but good vibes and a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Having booked both a Brazilian wax and Custom Facial, I got to spend a few hours with Danielle. Not only was she extremely professional, but her sweet & bubbly demeanor made me instantly feel comfortable and like I was getting my service done from a friend!! The Brazilian was impeccable & not a single hair was left unscathed. LOL. In a shared wellness space, her suite lighting and music was soothing and comforting the entire time. The two hour facial consisted of a double cleanse, extractions, hydrating mask, neck massage and more. Lovelyn checked on my allergies, sensitivities, and comfort often and the bed was heated. Lovelyn asked about my skin care regimen, helped me develop a better plan, and did not try to sell me anything. I inquired about future treatments and she said she would summarize our session and send pricing in an email which seems super kind. Though there must be a connection issue with class pass because I haven’t received her intake form or summary email.
