Vali has a GIFT for bringing the energy while also pulling the energy from the riders in the room. Some people were made to do this, and I can confidently say vali is one of them! Sad to see this class time go, but will definitely make it a point to visit this instructor with her new schedule!! It was dark and I had to fumble with the controls on my own. Thankfully the person next to me helped. That said, that's on me, not on Cycle Bar. I've enjoyed these classes way more than I expected to as someone who only recently started learning to ride a bicycle at all.

This gym seems well-loved by the people who go there, and it’s very tidy. I was originally planning to come for a Thursday morning swim but am glad that didn’t end up being my plan— the pool is open 11am-6:30pm M-Th, 11-2 on Friday, and 8am-1pm on Saturday.
