We used a yoga ball throughout which added a little instability and made the workout nicely challenging. This is relieved first time I did yoga and actually felt a burn. If you're new to fitness, the coaches will guide you and correct your form or provide you with a regression if you struggle with the exercises. For first timers to BFT, best advice is to arrive at least 5 mins before class so that the coaches on duty can register and check you in for the class. Pay attention and listen to the format and demonstration of the exercises - the format of the classes differs everyday so listen carefully and attentively otherwise you'll be confused and lost during class. Overall I had a good time and experience at BFT Orchard - will definitely visit again!!

Angela is a great instructor, making sure to demonstrate and assure us that the exercises are safe and we will not fall. I was falling behind a little but didn't feel neglected as Angela helped me out. Overall great class! To note that gym does not proved bath towels (for rent at $2) and locker and sweat towels are for $2 refundable deposit. If you'd like to shower, seems like there is only body soap too. I see some people just leaving their bags at the bench outside the studio too. It is still within the gym so safe enough.

The exercises were fairly simple - 3 rounds, each round has 4 exercises that we complete 3 sets of - planks, lunges etc. The instructor switched up the exercises with different variations as we went through the sets which made it more fun. Good experience! The pool is quite deep, so if you're not comfortable swimming a little (for set up and when falling into the pool), it might not be a good option for you.
