    Hot Power Vinyasa

Wow!! I’m not often inclined to write reviews, good or bad, but Lex was one of the best yoga instructors I’ve had so far in Portland. The whole sequence was well structured, explained, and challenging. I can’t wait to take more of her classes!

Cassie was great! I appreciated the challenges of some parts of the workout that I have never experienced before in other classes.

    Y6 Signature Hot

The people here are really kind, both the teacher and the woman helping check you in. I think this would be a great class for someone looking to try a hot vinyasa flow — felt accesible but not in a bad way, and the technology in the room made it so that it was a gradual heating up and cooling down of the room, great for both new and seasoned hot yoga folks.

Great class, great music, great energy, etc. can’t say enough good things about this teacher. There were a lot of people she knew in class and it was my first time to her class. She went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and also taught a hard and rewarding class with options for advancements and modifications depending on your needs. 10/10, just go cause you won’t regret it!

    Hot Vinyasa Flow (in-person)

Class was fun! Lavender scented towels is a nice touch! I do wish the women’s locker room was larger tho, its very small for the high percentage of women in class, got quite hectic in there and felt a bit claustrophobic

Great atmosphere. I walked in for the first time and was welcomed with a tour and a complementary mat and towel for the class (for my first class). The class was challenging but rewarding. I will be back!

This was my first hot yoga in over 8 years. The class was amazing and Jo was really great. She created such an encouraging and safe space and gave great cues/modification.
