    Molly was so much fun and such high energy. CycleBar was very welcoming and took their time to make me feel comfortable. I did a strength class which included some light weight arm curls, rows, and push press while we continued to cycle. Was a great full body workout, no push ups on the bar or snaking your head back and forth while dipping your upper body on the handlebars (which was nice bc that coordination i feel is hard and takes away from the legs) instead it was cycle plus light weights for the arm portion. Bikes have screens so you’re able to see your miles cycled, RPMs, power, etc. Even got my place and stats at the end of class since it’s all tracked.
