Bikes/Row station: 40 sec moderate speed, 20 sec sprint, 8 each arm single arm overhead press, then repeat and decrease reps by 1 each round. Bench station: 6 per side bird dog row, 10 dumbbell pullovers, 12 bicep curls, then repeat and decrease bicep curl reps by 2 each round. Turf station: 12 hollow hold single-arm fly alternating arms, 16 medicine ball twists, 10 medicine ball rainbow slams, then repeat. Treadmill station: fast pace to 6 calories, 2 push-ups to alternating toe taps, repeat and add 2 calories and 2 pushup reps each round. Cage station: bench press 6-8 reps (reps in reserve), 10 band tricep pulldowns. There was also a warmup, 2 minutes of abs after the stations, and cool down stretching.

Nino was an AWESOME instructor, super welcoming and fun vibe and did a great job of explaining and demonstrating exercises. Will return!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI did a lower body build with Mike. This was my first ever strength/conditioning class (and first ever class at a gym). I'm very new to fitness and gyms so I was feeling nervous about being able to keep up but Mike made the class accessible and understandable. I really liked how small and intimate the space was. Mike was very welcoming and took the time to explain and demo each exercise in great detail and also came over to check my form which I really appreciated. Everybody had a chill laid-back energy and the space was very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. Overall, would highly recommend and I plan to come back.

Separately, I wonder who chooses what is on the TVs in the women's locker room (clearly not a woman). Maybe they can switch it up or not have all screens on the same BS? Lastly, "influencers" in the locker room with tripods is uncomfortable AF. Best kept secret: THE SAUNA! But bring your own towels!
