He was very attentive and made hands on adjustments which is always appreciated when trying to correct my posture. The two instructors I’ve met so far have been great. It’s a max students is 6 or 8 I believe. But this morning it was 4 including myself. So it allows the instructor to guide you and correct you in positioning. I’ll be going more to this location hopefully 😊 good for you 1st timers. It’s a relaxed exercise class. No cardio. But requires stability and you are working out your muscles.

So I signed up last minute for a Pilates reformer class at vibronics with Stephanie and I had an amazing experience. For thirty minutes I had a one on one with Stephanie and got a great workout on the Pilates reformer. Highly recommend and hope to be back 😊

It’s not easy to find a studio that feels welcoming, but today was great. The instructor provided clear instructions and was helpful when I needed it.
