alle Bewertungen anzeigenHOLY COW. 1. what a clean and aesthetic gym. As soon as you walk in the door you are acknowledged by the door desk staff and given direction. 2. The instructors are kind, approachable & anticipate your needs. I felt like everyone in the class was keen to interact with one another due to the example of warm & inviting culture that the team sets. 3. The class was so easy to understand and follow. So much wiggle room for increasing or decreasing intensity or difficulty AND my trainer Erin was incredibly entertaining. the class flew by and before I knew it was over. HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone looking to add more structure to their workout routine, accountability to get out moving & get some quality coaching.
