Not only do I leave feeling challenged but also sore later in all the right ways. The most important thing, she places a strong emphasis on proper form. Her attention to detail ensures every exercise targets the correct muscles it’s intended to which I feel a lot of instructors miss. Her classes are very effective yet welcoming and down to earth. She also plays hip hop. Wish she was here more.
