It was hard for me to get into yoga before I found her classes, but she makes it very approachable and welcoming to all levels! Definitely recommend :)

You start with a foot bath for 10ish minutes and then lie on a massage table for the remaining 40 mins. The space is really nice and inviting. Honestly the highlight is the tea they give you - i am still thinking about it! FYI if you havent gotten a confirmation email then just give them a call. It was a quick fix
