alle Bewertungen anzeigenJetset's classes are always challenging, always a good atmosphere, but I really appreciated how clear Bailey's verbal cues were today, even in a small class where everyone could see what she was doing. She also gave me some really valuable adjustment/feedback around form to moves that I've been doing for ages but never got much out of, and now I know why! Will definitely take her classes in the future.

Personally didn’t love a few of the compound movements with dumbbells included but she definitely offered variations! That’s just my preference in a reformer class I like to use the reformer not dumbbells. Love boost though and this location is stunning.

If you want an in person, guided meditation class, I would really recommend this one! I left feeling less stressed and it's a great beginning to my weekend. Reema is also a wonderful teacher, she has such a nice voice!

She really took her time to instruct me the right way and adjusted here and there which made it super easy for me to join. The studio is beautiful and staff is so great and lovely.
