He threw in a lot of funny little anecdotes and comments to distract us as well. He did a good job explaining the muscles to be worked, modifications, and how to adjust the springs based on what our desired outcome was - whether heavier provides more stability for example. He is the best instructor so far out of the four classes I have taken. Highly recommended even for beginners!

Felt challenged but secure as a newbie to the space. I do practice yoga at home but haven't used a studio space in quite some time. I started with once a week on Thursdays, regular reformer and I recently added on the Tuesday evening hardcore class and I have had at least 3 different people mention that I have slimmed down. My girlfriend, who is brutally honest, said my stomach is about half the size it was a few months ago. 💜 Thank you Jill! Always a new routine, never boring. A lot of work but she doesn’t ever ask for more than like 5 reps. You can get through 5 reps of anything and the class is done so quickly. The best!
