Facility is clean and aesthetic - front desk person was so friendly, patient, and helpful. I left with nothing but good vibes from this place. Love. Love. Love.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI’ve never taken a class like this before, what a cool and unique experience. The class moves at a slow pace, and be prepared to sit in each stretch for a WHILE. Weird at first, but really restorative. I could feel that my nervous system was at ease after the class. Don’t be surprised if the teacher starts reading a poem.
