alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis was my first time taking Aurora’s Sculpt class while she was substituting, and she is an amazing instructor. I really liked the flow of her class and how she transitioned between working the left and right sides at a balanced pace. She gave enough time to feel the work and effort in each pose without staying on one side so long that discomfort or strain started to set in. I have lower back/pelvic and shoulder issues, so when one side is focused on for too long, I start to feel aches and strains that make it harder to fully perform the following exercises. Her pacing felt very thoughtful and manageable, which allowed me to stay engaged and get the most out of the workout. I would definitely take her class again.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI really love that they have 45 minute sculpt classes now! There are times when 60 minutes feels so long. 45 minutes felt like a good workout where I could give my all. Alysha’s direction was clear and the pace/ flow of the class great! As a bonus this location always has such a great playlist!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenSophie is great! Her instructions were super clear. It was a tough class but so worth it. Great music selection that was super motivating, and she did an excellent job timing her instructions to the music, which is not easy to do. Highly recommend!

(Touch of feedback: hands on assists cards were offered and explained as I was walking into the studio, m I had mine face down on NO touch today, mostly because I’m on my cycle and just wasn’t feeling amazing, but still received hands on assists multiple times throughout class. It’s all good, as usually I would opt in :: when I wasn’t feeling so crampy and fragile :: but also frustrating to be offered the option and then in turn ignored)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenJust finished a half marathon yesterday and my whole body felt stiff. I was a bit nervous because I know that some yoga classes can definitely work you. I was looking for a good flow mobility class and this was it! The instructor did wonderful! I loved the cadence and how much time we had for each pose. The poses were not difficult and really allowed me to stretch each muscle group. I felt loose and calm after. Would totally recommend for an active recovery day! :)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenBeautiful studio and very welcoming staff. First timer for yoga here and Jen the instructor and the front desk make you feel very comfortable. Jen’s teaching techniques are very clear and even as a first timer I managed to follow along. The hot yoga sculpt was a challenge but in a great way. The community that was in the class also very welcoming and motivating. I will definitely be back!

Her hands-on adjustments were incredible.. exactly what I needed to deepen each pose!! I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and so refreshed. I will definitely be back for another class!
