It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenBeautiful studio and very welcoming staff. First timer for yoga here and Jen the instructor and the front desk make you feel very comfortable. Jen’s teaching techniques are very clear and even as a first timer I managed to follow along. The hot yoga sculpt was a challenge but in a great way. The community that was in the class also very welcoming and motivating. I will definitely be back!
