I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenReally fun first ever hip hop class with a super encouraging teacher, Theo. I was nervous being from ballet. I thought it would be a train wreck but I was wrong. I will definitely come back. I like that he gave the names of the moves so I can practice at home. And, he used counts instead of tee tak a ta. He also taught more advanced things like where to look and arms that I’ll work on later. It’s great for everyone.

Alexis had a circuit of strength training exercises and checked in with me many times, helping to direct me through the workout. The gym or studio (a bit of a combo of both) was bright and had great views from the windows. There were towels, a water station and plenty of equipment. The front desk was friendly and so was the instructor. I will be back!

This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!
