The exercises are dynamic, well thought out and fantastic for those who are after a quality work out. She has the perfect demeanour and delivery for a Pilates instructor, consistently demonstrating different exercises and providing alternatives for those who want to push themselves more. I always look forward to Emily’s classes.

I like this studio for ease of parking and the dim lights. Great loaded class - definitely felt the burn throughout!
