I felt really comfortable and relaxed and the service provided was A+. She worked out all the knots in my back and relaxed and rejuvenated me via a more “centering” massage than I have received before! I definitely will go back to explore the other types of massages offered. The studio itself is pretty no-frills and they were a bit behind in getting my room ready but in the end, the service I had booked was wonderful.

After speaking with Enqing, I decided to do the 10-week Pain Free program. I started with one-on-one sessions with Enqing and then joined the group classes. I was genuinely surprised by how much better I felt (by just learning how to breath correctly) and how much my health improved with Enqing's guidance. The 10 weeks went by so fast. Enqing's recommendations are feasible, and he was incredibly supportive. I am now pain free and have never felt better or had more energy. Thanks to Enqing I have a better understanding of what I can do to support my mind and body for a healthier and pain free lifestyle.
