Moni was wonderful tonight! I really enjoyed the slower-paced (but still challenging) flow and Moni's approachable direction made the space feel truly accessible. Good class but too loud! I usually wear earplugs to Pure Barre classes here, but have an ear infection so asked the instructor to keep the music at a moderate level. She did, but then added her instruction loudly over it. Since I can’t wear earplugs, and have sensitive ears due to the infection, the pain from the instruction was too much and I had to leave class half way through.

    Yin Yoga- Women Only

I really loved this class! It’s restorative practice, and Earleen did such a lovely job leading us in mindfulness and I left with a fresh sense of gratitude and grounded-ness. I don’t love the required $5 mat fee, I’d rather give up more cp credits, but the great class made up for it. They have the kind of mats that are sort of grippy (and are pre-set for class) which I’m sure is fab for pilates/etc, but for this type of gentler practice I’d bring my own mat to lay on top since there’s a lot of skin contact & laying your face close to the mat:)

    Warm Sculpt

Marjorie is a FANTASTIC instructor with years of experience. I took her classes for almost 2 years now and I am so happy because I have gained strength and muscles all over my body and I also lost 30 pounds. She works out all the tiny muscles in your body that you don’t regularly use and strengthens them. Each time I take her classes, it is always challenging, which is great because that means it is actually strengthening my muscles. After a while it got a little bit easier for me to do because I gained the strength but still challenging which I like. In the moment it is hard to do and the whole class is dripping sweat on their Mat, but It’s so nice and inspiring to be there because everyone is so young and motivated. At the end of the class I feel so fresh and as if I have a new body. It also put me in a happier mood and I feel like I accomplished something. It is nice to go after work because at my job I sit all day and that can cause lots of health problems, so I love to go to her classes, so she can help me be healthier, be in a happier mood, loose weight and gain muscles. I love her classes so much and I also love her as a person! She is an amazing, kind and caring person as well as instructor ❤️

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2 - NYC

Sarah was a fantastic instructor. Her sequence was challenging and very intelligent. She gave wonderful cues and the timing of everything from start to finish was great. Will absolutely be coming back to take her class.

An enjoyable restorative class, and what a special treat because the instructor Julia brought instruments to play - so parts of the class was like a soundbath! Class was pretty full, instructor did a good job making sure to make us all comfortable

    Y6 Restore

I’ve done 3 other yoga classes so far, this is my first time at YogaSix and I can confidently say my favorite studio BY FAR! Will 100% be returning. So much more professional and organized, clean, the instructor was very professional and helpful. Super friendly. I love the amenities. The heat and colorful lighting changes is such a nice touch. I would def recommend.
