I would want to move to NJ because of this studio. Very good class - more challenging than most mat Pilate classes elsewhere and different from the strength class they offer. Legs are tired afterwards in a good way.

All around amazing class. Nourishing for the soul, great practice of discipline even for experienced yogis. Yvonne was an excellent guide, she was encouraging and had great energy. Overall, I am very satisfied and will be coming back here again.

Adriana’s classes are always awesome - accessible to different bodies/levels while still giving options for a good challenge and fun! Adriana really knows anatomy, this comes across in both the clear/helpful cueing as well as the overall sequence of the class.

    Mat Pilates - In Studio

Lovely, inviting space and a very thorough class! My body feels sore in places that haven’t been sore before so that’s a win. Sunee was very kind and experienced. I do wish that hands-on adjustments were given but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

45 minutes of pure energy, every single time. Yael brings the perfect mix of intensity and positivity — she makes pushing yourself to the limit actually fun. Her energy is contagious, the music is always on point, and you’ll finish the workout breathless but smiling. She’s super motivating and always knows just what to say to keep you going. Honestly, her class is the best part of my week!

    Level 1 - In-Person/Hybrid

I am amazed at this class. It made me realize how much potential I have been missing in my poses. Nicks instructions were very detailed and really pushes you to settle as far as possible as you can in the pose. I am feeling myself settling in a new posture which is more open and stretched than I have ever felt.

What a great airy and tranquil space to do yoga. Lisa was a great teacher, her instructions were clear, her manner was gentle. No ego, totally felt like this is a true yoga spot for the community. Very chill and welcoming studio. The space is clean and the building was well maintained, no mold or mildewy AC. I highly recommend this studio and look forward to more classes.

The vibe of this studio was so calm and serene. The instructor was really friendly and welcoming. During the class she explained not only what we should be doing but what we should be feeling as we executed the poses. Her class was easy to follow and very strengthening but relaxing at the same time. I’d highly recommend

I love taking class here! The room only fits a handful of clients, so the instructor can give personal feedback. I have been taking class with Adela for about two months and really feel like I’m growing in the practice. I like that it is a slower-paced class with heavy attention to detail and doing poses multiple times, in contrast to common flow yoga. Would definitely recommend!!!
