alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe Row is the only place I can reliably get a great workout in where I know I'll sweat and burn at minimum 400 calories (according to my Fitbit!). For circuit training the cardio machines help me track my personal progress as my stamina has improved with each class and the owner and primary instructor Louis keeps things interesting with added weight focused exercise that you can progress on at your own pace with each class. How energy really helps you keep going and he's always available to flag down if you need help. Only spending 2 minutes at each station also makes it so you don't feel stuck doing the same exercise for too long. I've personally improved so much in the last year. I found out working out 3x a week really makes the extra difference from 2x.

Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming.
