    Vinyasa Flow Yoga (HEATED)

Great flow in a beautiful space! The flow was demanding but not exhausting in the heat, which was not overly hot. I enjoyed the breathing exercises at beginning and end and the meditation on the eclipse and new moon, too.

    Vinyasa Yoga

This is my favorite yoga class in the city! The instructor is great her corrections are very helpful, and she takes the time to help you into your trickier asanas, if you’re almost there and just need that extra little push.

    Contemporary (at Dancing Grounds)

Brieze and the rest of the class were overall welcoming! I enjoyed the ebs and flow with the movement. However, I will say as a beginner with no experience in Contemporary Dance, the dances were very challenging to keep up with. Even though all levels were welcomed, I think there should be a note that this class caters more towards intermediate/advanced levels.

Super fun. I definitely wanna take more classes. Sam was great and very welcoming, easygoing instructor. I'm completely new and was nervous but the class was easy to join in and everyone was friendly. Outdoor space was fun!
