Holy Yoga Flow
alle Bewertungen anzeigenLove love love his classes!! Never boring. You can really adjust the class to your energy level whether you’re feeling weak that day or very strong. Instructions are on point, i rarely have to look at him for reference. He always dedicates time at the end of the class to dive deeper into specific poses and i genuinely see progress. Also, he’s funny and has great playlists. 1000/10

alle Bewertungen anzeigenit was a lovely experience for a good price, but I recommend booking a full hour instead of half hour. there is often some overlap with other groups, causing cues for the one shower downstairs. I also would enjoy a bit more oversight and supervision from the hosts (who were cleaning the space really well btw). in my session, I was sharing the space with 2 groups of 3 guys, two of which started talking to me non stop both inside and around the sauna. even though I tried cutting off the talking, I felt quite uncomfortable, especially knowing I paid only for a short time of relaxation.
