alle Bewertungen anzeigenWhat I liked about Tommie‘s class is that he gets everyone to really relax and ground before getting into the poses. Enjoyed his corrections too. I like the selected poses but I think there was a lot of Shivasana at the beginning and at the end and we could’ve had room for maybe one more really good pigeon or something to really make a soft chocolate mousse out of us.

The heat is not unbearable, you actually start feeling it halfway through the lesson but it only makes you focus more on your body. Lidia explains everything very well and keeps you motivated.
