I really enjoyed how she focused on specific body parts & combining both yoga & strength to maximize those parts & loosen them up as well!! Clearly a GREAT instructor that puts a lot of thought & knowledge into her short 45 minutes!! My body feels so good ! Thank you KRISSA!

Highly suggest when doing center group practice on both sides , we can do 4 or 5 people each group, instead of 3, so that there will be a sooner switch between right to left side, thus pianist will have a sooner break for next round , I hope that will help for all of us. The instructors and front desk were so attentive it felt like it was a small group class even though there were a ton of us in there. The corrections, modifications, and advancements were tailored to each person as they walked around the room, they all made me feel welcome and I knew exact where I needed to be at every point of the workout. They were all really encouraging. On top of the experience- the workout was perfect! I went on a glute and back day and I am so excited to try the other formats. If you haven’t tried Burn- you should!
