His cues are so clear, sometimes I’m not even ready to sprint and I find myself hitting that 9 or 10 sprint all because of how he commands the room 🤩

Started sweating heavily 5 mins in. Leg weights and resistance bands provided. Locker rooms were stocked with hair and skin products, each locker has USB outlet. The instructors and members are friendly, encouraging, and do a great job explaining each exercise and providing constructive feedback on form.
