Recommend to everyone to get a flow in with her and take an hour for you before everyone needs you all day š«¶š¼

The constant fear of hitting a neighbor on every side, or the constant ick of seeing a neighbor actively drip sweat on your own mat, totally takes me out of the meditative headspace I go to yoga for in the first place. :/

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI wasnāt totally sure what to expect, coming from a Bikram background. Iām not usually into vinyasa classes, but this was a great class in a lovely studio. Ali is an excellent teacher, very attentive and generous with modifications. The studio is pristine and welcoming. My only gripe is that there arenāt any showers, but the bathrooms are spacious and very clean.

Ashley taught us assuming that we had no prior knowledge of yoga (which was nice since it had been a while since I had done yoga and am trying to find time to get back into it). She was so kind and friendly from the moment I walked through the door! I would highly recommend both this class and the studio as a whole. I plan to be back!
