At first I wondered if the workout would be too much of a beginner level vibe (based on foundations title), but this was definitely advanced-beginner or intermediate! Good challenge and good sweat sesh. Studio aesthetic is on point and the locker room and bathroom area is a nice touch especially if you need to freshen up after class.

A challenging exercise while still being manageable for beginners, finished off with a massage and aromatherapy cold towels. This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend!
