Everything was super nice n clean. The sauna was HOT! And had a tv for streaming music or movies while in there. 11 out of 10 experience.

I've tried floating, red light sauna, and contrast therapy. love them all. the contrast therapy cold plunge was the most difficult. i may try again to see if it gets any easier because I know it can be incredibly beneficial. the spaces are beautiful, clean, and relaxing. it's a great studio and I will definitely be back.
