alle Bewertungen anzeigenAlly was a great instructor! It was my first time trying aerial yoga and she made it fun! I liked that it was partially a workout and partially focused on relaxing. We had the option to use essential oils and hang out in some positions which was great. Overall, great experience and would recommend!

There were two other adult woman whose kids/grandkids do Shaolin there. I recommend this for anyone wanting a very slow pace and smaller group. It might be too slow for some. He taught me some massage techniques that were new to me and I really like. I like how this had an eastern-centric focus to yoga techniques. I feel like most yoga places are very westernized. I usually like a faster pace but i appreciate my experience here and might come back if i want to really slow down and recenter.
