alle Bewertungen anzeigenC’était moins intense que les cours de barres dans les studios de fitness, c’était beaucoup plus inspiré du ballet et il y avait beaucoup d’étirements. Si vous préférez un entraînement plus intense je me recommande pas, mais c’était un très bon cours!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenAlways a fun class and Mani is a great instructor :) L2 does feel a lot harder than L1, wish there were more intro to different steps at the beginning. Most of people are very friendly, but a few high-level folks can be a bit mean sometimes judging other beginners ;(
