Cole gave very clear instructions that a beginner could follow, but also kept the pace of a something like a flow 2 class. We warmed up with a few sun salutations, went into a well rounded single sequenced flow, and finished with a few ground poses before heading to shavasana. Overall, great flow class.

Super welcoming, kind and really attentive to each student and their specific needs, injuries. It’s clear she cares a lot about what she does and wants to help others. This class focused on upper body but had a great heart pumping warmup and laps in between the stations to get your heart rate up! The moves look simple but they were tough. Will definitely be one of my new regulars.
