    RUN x LIFT: Full Body-Lower Focus (50 min)

    I was scared to try it out at first as I am not a runner by any means, but felt like the run was manageable on the beginner settings! Definitely a challenge (which is the fun of it!), but left feeling like a full great workout was done. Drake is a great instructor - didn’t feel lost during the class even as a first, and it was like we were pushed to the limits without over passing it. Will be coming back to his class!!
