The number of exercises and the sequencing of today’s class felt perfect - not too many exercises that it felt rushed, but just the right number so I felt like I could take my time to move through each exercise. That being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I stuck around and got a good workout in with one of the regulars.
