I started coming about a 8 months ago, and from that first session, I was hooked. Every time I leave, I feel physically stronger and emotionally lighter. The instructors have this incredible way of pushing you to your limits while making you feel supported and capable. They genuinely care about your progress, and that makes all the difference. This class has become something I truly look forward to each week. The community here is special—everyone, from the instructors to the other participants, is kind and welcoming. If I could give this a 100 star review I would. Come try this class/ gym out! :)

I felt so connected to the yoga, and I noticed some improvements in some of my poses which made me happy. I left the class feeling so refreshed. The instructor does a wonderful job and I’m really happy to see that the class was truly an all levels hot yoga class. Lately the last few classes I felt were more intermediate or at least for flexible people. Today’s class was excellent and made all the poses challenging but accessible for everyone.

Muchísima variedad de movimientos y poses, entre un lado del cuerpo, el centro, contraposea, el otro lado y luego repetir algina serie. Sin embargo no fue imposible para principiantes, o de esas que uno siente que no llega y tiene que regresar al niño constantemente para descansar. Estuvo muy bien balanceada, en momentos más intebsos, más pasados, de estiramiento, respiración, descanso. Esta profe tiene habitualmente otra clase (Spicy). una vez la hice y es más de condicionamiento físico. Pero la de esta mañana si fue yoga y fue magnífica.

They combine a beautiful yoga flow with kirtan, where everyone joins in on call-and-response chanting of mantras. It’s so calming for the soul and mind, creating this amazing sense of peace and connection. Dawn, the owner of Ahana and the teacher of this class is truly inspiring, radiating love, warmth, and positive energy in everything she does. Her passion for creating a welcoming and supportive space shines through every moment, making the class even more special. The flow was full of energy and love, and the vibes in the room were incredible. They had a special guest, Kish, who’s a well-known kirtan singer, and his presence made it even more special. Both Dawn and Kish have amazing voices that totally lifted the energy of the class and helped us really connect with our hearts. The community here is like no other, so friendly and open. He is patient and his cueing is impeccable. But it’s his calm, soothing voice, spiritual guidance, and warm humor that will make you want to start every Sunday with him. Not sure if Studio Three requires them to follow a program or if it’s up to coach preference but I would love to have new formats. Maybe a different divide of time at each station or even just one round around the room. This isn’t going to stop me from coming because I literally love Franks coaching style and the studio is so wonderful. Just a suggestion for repeat customers! Will be back sooonnnnn

Class was open to all levels because the teacher showed every single move on the mat and around the class and also showed how we can further deepen, and gave more advanced options as well. I go to Viktoriya’s Pilates classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 9am. She is so kind and patient. Always with a smile on her face! She made me feel at home and super comfortable at my first class and I’ve been a regular ever since. Her workouts are always 🔥 she is always helping you with your technique, offering variations, and encouragement through the whole thing. All in all 10/10!
