Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!

But if you’re looking for a class that helps you stretch, relax, and connect to your body, then this is an excellent class! Modifications were provided for every pose which made the class very comfortable. Afterwards the instructor offered us tea.
