Has amazing hands on adjustments. She showed restorative poses that felt better than a massage. Oh also, the best savasana experience. The sound bowl, little leg adjustments and the foot massage was just the BEEEEST way to end the class. I am definitely booking as a priority. Beginners get great lead and clear instructions, advanced students get help in harder poses. Just come

Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!

The instructor's guidance was excellent. Towards the end, we had a short meditation and relaxation session, letting go of tension through guided visualization. The calming atmosphere left me feeling peaceful :)

I always know I’m in for a spiritual treat when I enter a studio that has photos of the greats displayed. They had a very cute boutique in the entrance that had beautiful clothing and spiritual materials for sale. Felipe was a master guide in hatha Asanas and maintaining ultimate presence. The class was perfect and exactly what I needed when I signed up for a half a class. It is very very rare for me to find hatha classes available in Miami. This place is a gem and Felipe is an incredible instructor. His hands on adjustments were perfection, and his ability to queue to breathing with his own powerful breath sounds while also speaking instructional cues to us was astounding. There was a sound bath during Shavasana, and our third eyes were massaged. I had an incredibly rough morning, so this class was exactly what I needed to reset my energy, maintain gratitude and focus on the present. Felipe is incredibly knowledgeable, and you should not miss out on a chance to learn and relax deeply with him.
