Aerial stretch was a perfect beginner friendly class for me as I wanted to get more comfortable with the silks. The class was nice and slow but I still managed to break a sweat halfway through. I’m excited to try the aerial yoga next🤗

The temperatures for the sauna and cold plunge were extreme which was exactly what I needed for recovery. I’ve been to other spots where it didn’t get hot or cold enough. I’d like to figure out a way to do this more regularly but cost is an issue. It’s worth the experience, however, expensive.
