The instructor who led the session was great, even though it wasn’t who I originally booked. That said, I was a bit confused when I arrived. The class was listed with a different instructor (Angelica), but when I got there, it turned out to be a completely different class focused more on upper body and core. There also wasn’t clear guidance on where to go within the gym (upstairs vs. downstairs), and I didn’t see a clear check-in process. It made me unsure if I was even in the right place or class. I’d definitely recommend clearer communication in the app regarding instructor changes, class details, and arrival/check-in instructions. With that improved, the experience would be much smoother!
