Ive taken her class only twice but she’s attentive, demonstrates and works with you through each movement, walks around the whole class and is super clear with every transition. Not to mention my core somehow is always on fire not even 5 minutes into the class. I’m a little far so whenever I can make it out to libre, I will and for this class👏🏼💗

alle Bewertungen anzeigenfirst time taking Olivia’s class and it didn’t disappoint - her vibe *chef’s kiss* and the intentionality behind each move and sequence was definitely felt. Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

She was detailed in her explanation and committed to making sure every student had an opportunity to understand the how and why. I will definitely be returning & recommending this studio.

Aerial stretch was a perfect beginner friendly class for me as I wanted to get more comfortable with the silks. The class was nice and slow but I still managed to break a sweat halfway through. I’m excited to try the aerial yoga next🤗
