Instructors always paying attention to form feels very 1:1 when it’s a small class. Music is a good mix of diff feel good music. The only downside for me is the heavy scent (I’m sensitive to oils or air fresheners and don’t use them) if there’s. A way to half that it would be awesome but that’s just personal to me. People are super friendly and welcoming here too!

They offer little earplugs because it does get loud in there (which helped a lot) and the staff was super nice and helped me set up for my first time, which I really appreciated. Keenan brought amazing energy and kept the pace up. I was mostly shocked at how I didn’t feel as tired as I expected through the workout. I also have asthma so I was a little worried, but I didn’t feel any pain at all during this workout. I’ll definitely be back :)

Usually when you see a “yoga sculpt” class it’s a boring vinyasa flow with some rinky dink weights but NO, this is yoga mixed with serious bodyweight calisthenics drills, tons of planking to build natural upper body and core strength, and so much glute work ouchhhhh…. Some small ankle and ring weights are used but it’s mostly to add on to your bodyweight. I am a 500-hr yoga teacher and teach megaformer and this has me wobbling on the way down the stairs. AMAZING CLASS if you want to see what your body can do and build strength for your other movement practices.

She keeps an eye on everyone’s form and gave help to everyone in the class (really needed that because I haven’t been to Pilates in three weeks. S/o to you Brenda). I am a big fan of her contagious energy—she hypes you up and gives credit where it’s due. She seriously kept me going the whole class. What a perfect Friday class. The studio itself is very clean and I am a big fan of the natural lighting. It’s really easy to find parking if you give yourself 20 minutes of room for error. I will definitely be back for more of Brenda’s classes. Seriously, Jetset is my favorite Pilates studio in Miami. No one could ever match up. I really love how Jetset is affirmative on keeping the fundamentals of Pilates while still giving us that extra push with holds and pulses. I always get a better workout when I’m going at a slow and controlled pace without the music overstimulating and Jetset does a great job at all of this. plus, they have amazing music. I pretty much lost it and went so much harder when “party diva” by deeper purpose came on. Great class Brenda!!!!

The program is excellent and the coach super motivated and knowledgeable, for me is one of the best studios here in Fort. Lauderdale, I hope Adriane will bring back Saturday’s the condition program, I totally understand that Roar has it but Lab was completely different on the 10 minutes block , was creative , empowering and challenging.

Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!
