Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I have in a long time. I can’t wait to come back. ✨

The space is also super cute; it was fun to walk around and feed the animals afterwards! The teacher was also very friendly (and attractive LOL). Highly recommend this class!! I will be back for sure :)

Shira is a goddess for yin yoga, taking you gently through each pose, stretching you out, and adding a touch of love in the way. Highly recommend if you are in Mimo area to check out.
