They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I have in a long time. I can’t wait to come back. ✨

It is new movement so it ofc will take some adjustments and working on isolations to see progress however I will definitely return. They do not teach or break down specific techniques or isolations but it was fun.

One thing that really sets her apart is that she knows how to read the room. She can tell when it’s time to push us and when it’s better to slow things down, and that balance makes such a difference. You leave class feeling accomplished instead of defeated. If you’re looking for an instructor who will challenge you while still making the class feel encouraging and accessible, I can’t recommend her enough.
