Destiny kills it every single week and I always look forward to Tuesday evenings. This class is so fun, you ALWAYS get a good sweat, and the energy is always on 1000%. The flow was great and I really loved the little balance game she did towards the end. The eucalyptus towel fanning and the candles are such a wonderful bonus. With that being said, walking in today to a Tone Class, with Reagan - I was not disappointed at all! I think this was my first class with Reagan and she did AMAZING!!! I found her class quite challenging actually. I was dying and had to incorporate some less challenging things for myself haha. She was so motivated, walked around and was completely transparent about length of an exercise and what she also disliked. Great sweat! Great class! So happy for Reagan also ❤️

On my end, I wish I would’ve done more research for this class because I have a knee and shoulder injury. Although modifications are possible this class itself was not the best workout for me. If you’re healthy and all your limbs are good it’s great and you’re gonna love it but if you’re avoiding aggravation to any joint injury, I recommend cycle, which was incredible w the same instructor.

Small groups rotated between stations every 9 mins, so even though it was challenging it went by fast. I really appreciated that Jesse paired me with a member to explain the circuits, correct form, etc. Maybe one of the friendliest gyms I’ve been to! Wouldn’t say this is super beginner friendly you need to know basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, ohp) and experience with barbell work. The workout was go at your own pace so you can make it as hard as you want. It’s in a warehouse so no AC but lots of fans. I’ll be back!
